We are expanding a successful neighborhood commercial corridor cleaning program, PHL Taking Care of Business (PHL TCB).
We are creating a Clean and Green Cabinet to organize government, community, and business collaboratively to reduce waste, increase recycling, and continue to work towards a more sustainable future — all with an eye towards environmental justice for underserved and under-resourced communities.
